Tomb Map
For last week’s “One Page Dungeon Contest” I put together a nice small dungeon – the size I like to use in my games (although perhaps a bit smaller than I typically use – but not by much). I like dungeons with a dozen rooms or so and a tight concept holding it together. Not that I’m adverse to mega-dungeons, mind you.
With this one done, the plan is to post a new one-page dungeon every week for the rest of the year, starting today and trying to get one out every Tuesday. Some will be mini-dungeons like the Tomb, others will be levels of more classical dungeons and “mega dungeons”.

I pulled this from the compiled list of one page dungeon entries. Even though the party was only 1st level, they successfully completed it. Granted, it took three attempts (after driving out the thieves, they left the final room with the wight and came back later, allowing some more undead from the graveyard to filter in, and this happened again when they retreated from the ghouls living there). Still, they all survived except for the longest running hireling who was killed by the wight. Poor Havelock…we hardly knew ye.
I’ll be posting full session reports on my blog in a week or so.
