Whenever I use the world “hole” in the title I flash back to the oh-so-unfortunately-named “Glory Hole Dwarven Mine” from Judges’ Guild.
Most “hole” titles have negative connotations in my games. They are places that have been named after someone who is disliked, or a threat that is to be avoided. You don’t enter a hole like you would a mine or a delve, you know from the moment you hear the name that it is a place of danger.
Or you could missread the title as “Nadja’s Hole” and get totally different associations…
*blush*
On the other hand you could work with that and use this title for the cave complex as really vulgar colloquial expression by the locals for the former hideout of a very infamous female bandit leader, that had too good “connections” with the local warlords/governors/barons/whatevers. 😉
It’s like those word association games/exercises. Whenever I see the word “Glory”, I immediately want to append the word “Hole” to it. So everyday when I go to the bank to make the deposits for the company, I pass by a Church with the sign “Kingdom of Glory” outside. I always get a chuckle.
