On Friday I posted the map of Greater Briar Keep – designed to fill a role similar to the very familiar to most “Keep on the Borderlands”. Today’s map is a closeup of the structure of the main keep, expanded over four levels. There could technically be a map of the fifth level, but it would just be the battlements on top of the two towers of the keep.

The map (if not immediately obvious) is set up with the ground level in the lower left, the next level to the right, then the third level on the upper left and the top most level on the upper right. Not the most intuitive setup, but that’s what you get when I just start drawing without thinking about things like this.

Briar Keep is available for you to use in your games free of charge (in a non-commercial manner) courtesy of the awesome people who support the Dodecahedron through my Patreon Campaign. Currently we are aiming to be able to make all releases available under a completely free commercial license – if you think that’s a great idea, check out the Patreon page to see how you can get involved.
