I’m a sucker for a pretty character sheet.
In July of 2009 I posted my first hand-drawn D&D character sheet to the blog. It was inspired by a player in one of my campaigns who used landscape sheets and of course the awesomeness of the old sheets for the Fighting Fantasy game books. You can probably see the family resemblance to the Fighting Fantasy sheet over there on the left.
Since then, I’ve posted a variety of different styles of hand-drawn sheets for various games – although mostly for B/X Dungeons & Dragons and/or Labyrinth Lord. Instead of leaving them scattered around the blog or buried in the poorly-maintained and ugly-looking downloads page, I made a new page to collect the sheets on as I produce more.

I love you sheets and maps, any hope for a Palladium Fantasy 1st ed character sheet in the future? there’s a dearth of good ones online.
While I love Palladium Fantasy 1st ed, I don’t play it currently, so it’s fairly unlikely at this point.
Too bad. Would it be possible to commission one?
You probably don’t currently play D&D 5e/next either, huh? And I’m betting you don’t even want to start down a round that ends in you getting a ceaseless stream of emails demanding a custom character sheet for every single RPG system out there, right? TYPICAL!!
My plan for 5e is to wait until the core rules are released and I’ve played a few games so I have a good feel as to what should be where and how much room to give things.
All flirtatious internet cool guy snarkiness aside, I would *love* to see your take on a 5e character sheet. No harm, no foul, if it doesn’t happen, though. 🙂
It will happen. I’m just waiting to see what the full rules set is like.
Just wanted to pass on that your sheets are pretty awesome! But, I am sure you know it. thanks for sharing them.
Nice work! Thanks for sharing!!!
