Because somebody on google+ was too good for this Monday’s bookmark-sized magic item certificates, I put together a version that fits on a traditional 3×5 index card.

Not that I’ve ever managed to get a printer to print on a traditional 3×5 index card with any accuracy in the past.

CompuLabel sells serrated index cards on normal letter sized card stock. I bought a ream of them on Amazon for less than $30.
